Of course it isn't in question. Doesn't mean you agree with the rest of us, now does it? Nah, I don't think you do at all.

Ah, questions of authority. Fun stuff, that. I follow orders, Carmen, if there is someone I consider in authority above me to give them. Take it up with any of them you choose, if you want Madara dead that badly. Or go after him yourself, no skin off my nose.

Though apparently Saul is some skin off yours, break-up or no, hm?

I will admit that I did not agree with the decision to break him. There is no use to someone who is broken, and no true satisfaction. Dead is a preferable alternative.

But I believe in holding to plans. When one or more departs from a plan on whim, they prove that they are not reliable. You would follow those who are Hokage, but not this Koumei, who created the plan. A very useful piece of information.

Mmm, of course. Well now, didn't know you cared so damn much about Koumei-san and his plans.

Against the plan? Hardly. He wanted him broken, utterly, and I was willing to use any force necessary and cause whatever harm necessary to achieve such an end. I wanted him dead. I did not kill him. Take from that what you wish.
