Hawke's abilities are that of BloodSpeaking. In a nutshell, he can sense when you are close by your blood (or your heart pumping blood.) He also has some abilities that should be addressed. Please take note and let me know what's okay and what's not okay so I have a reference!
1.) Hawke can sense when people are close by because they have a beating heart and blood pumping through it. Does your character have a living body? This talent alone prevents people from sneaking up on him. He can also tell when someone is stressed or afraid of being caught in a lie. This is NOT translated through the PCDs, only during in person meetings.
2.) If your character is stressed or upset, Hawke can help calm the heart and lower blood pressure to help soothe the character. Many times, this is an unconscious/involuntary behavior. Is Hawke allowed to do this? Again, only doable in person.
3.) If your character is injured and actively bleeding, Hawke can stop the bleeding. He cannot heal wounds on other people, however. If he finds your character injured and bleeding, is it okay for him to stop the blood flow? This is for in person interactions only.
4.) Hawke's culture incorporates body language as a form of communication more than speaking words. He is able to tell whether or not a person is telling the truth about something as long as the person does not have added appendages he's not used to, or is not cloaked in heavy clothing. Hawke is used to ear flicks and tails for communication. If there is something that is on your character (or that your character wears heavy clothing) that will prevent him from figuring this out, let me know! This ability can translate through video feeds as long as he can see the person.
