Please forgive me, but I did not wish to frighten people with my current state. I was helping Unohana and others to prepare meat for storage, and my powers are strong. The life energy of the blood will be with me for some time.

I know that seeing me like this can be frightening, but I am well, and it will not harm you. I will be away for a while, and shall return when it has ended.

It is fine. The cycle will end on its own and I have never had a problem with illness.
