[ It's been a pretty long day of delivering birthday gifts; Sam's pack is nearing empty now, and he's glad for the lessened weight on his shoulders. Samwise toddles along the road towards what he can see of home in the evening light, shifting the straps of his bag as he does.

When he arrives, Samwise ducks just under the hanging hide by the door. He carefully shoulders his pack off and sets it on the ground and starts to wheel his shoulders. ]
